Executive Communication Services has provided communication skills training for over 25 years. ECS aims to help executives and managers improve their language and communication skills in an international environment.

Trainers
ECS trainers have first hand experience of the challenges faced when working internationally. They all have many years' experience in the UK and abroad. The Centre is run by Anne Armstrong and Tony Gallagher.

We write all our own materials. These are specially written to meet the specific
requirements of the participants. We have considerable expertise in designing
courses for most business sectors. Below is just a sample of some of the course

Our Centre in York
ECS Management Centre is located within 10 minutes' walk of the historic city centre of York. The Training Centre is in the grounds of the Groves Hotel. Participants on our courses in York stay in the Groves Hotel which is owned and run by ECS.
We assess all our individual participants prior to their courses, carrying out a detailed needs analysis by telephone. We can also if required assess group participants. We have our own internal communication performance rating system (CPR).
Since 1995, ECS has been accredited with ISO 9001 ensuring our clients receive the professional training in the communication skills they need.
