ECS trainers have first hand experience of the challenges faced when working internationally. They all have many years' experience in the UK and abroad. ECS is run by Anne Armstrong and Tony Gallagher.

ECS Training in York


ECS Training is located in the Groves Hotel within 10 minutes' walk of the historic city centre of York. The training facilities are located in the grounds of the Groves Hotel. Participants on our courses in York stay in the Groves Hotel.

Assessments


We assess all our individual participants prior to their courses, carrying out a detailed needs analysis by telephone. We can also if required assess group participants. We have our own internal communication performance rating system (CPR).
ECS Training operates a Quality Management System and is accredited with ISO 9001:2008 for the marketing, sales and provision of communication skills training.
