As we work with a small number of large companies, we value greatly good communication with our clients. Below you will find a description of the process from requesting a proposal to completion of the training programme. This process is certified by ISO 9001 audit.
Process for individual training courses in York.
Step 1: Prospective client/participant contacts us for non-binding proposal
Step 2: We send the prospective client/participant a copy of the non-binding proposal which includes all requested details e.g. price, dates, payment terms etc.
Step 3: Client/participant confirms (or not!) the dates etc. of the course either by telephone or email contact.
Step 4: In reply, we send the client/participant a formal, written, confirmation document. At this stage the course is considered confirmed and the conditions binding.
Step 5: An ECS trainer calls the participant and carries out a needs analysis.
Step 6: On the basis of the needs analysis, we decide on the course contents and design a tailor-made course programme for the participant.
Step 7: Before the course, we send the participant some preparation material (audio and written) and an information pack about ECS, the city of York, travel, accommodation etc.
Step 8: The training course takes place in York.
Step 9: At the end of the course, the participant receives a Certificate of Attendance, a Communication Performance Rating and a personal Follow Up Study Plan.
Step 10: We send a Course Report to the participant and his/her company, if required.
